Listed below are the suggested changes to the by-laws. We need to vote on these at the July Membership meeting. 1. Establish three levels of membership
1. Regular—registered individual nurses—full benefits
2. Associate—health ministers, professionals—no voting rights
3. Affiliate—organizations—one vote
2. Board of Directors
1. Officers
2. Four at large members
3. Two from residents east of I-35
4. Two from residents west of I-35
5. One affiliate
3. Officers and Duties
1. President-Elect–one year–last year of President’s term
2. President—two years
3. Past President—two years—parliamentarian
4. Secretary—two years
5. Treasurer—two years
6. Spiritual Director—five years
4. Specify voting procedures
5. Designate that voting members must be paid members
6. Broaden meeting times to quarterly not specific months
7. Establish/define four standing committees

2. Spirituality
3. Education
4. Nominating
